A Bubble Bath

I must admit I'm not a big fan of bubble baths. But today is National Bubble Bath day so I am pretending I enjoy it. The idea of a relaxing bath, drinking wine, listening to Chopin appeals to me. You're surrounded by warmth and floating in a sea of bubbles.

Unfortunately, I keep thinking about all the bacteria than can be present, especially in a tub with jets. Lol, that certain kills the mood.

Starting this Sunday, I'm teaching 3rd grade Sunday School at our synagogue! I'm really excited to work with kids again! Whatever you have planned this weekend, I hope you have a good one!

  1. That tub takes me back to my childhood. Six girls bathed three at a time in a big bathtub with feet. I do so miss my bubble baths. With the R.A. in knees, hands and various other body parts, I can't even squat low enough to sit in my tub anymore. Couldn't use bubbles too much anyway, too prone to U.T.I.s, TMI? Ok :) As for drinking anything alcoholic, I liked my water too hot so I settled for water or coffee so I wouldn't pass out. Bacteria never crossed my mind. This weekend I think I'll put all of my d.v.d.s back into alphabetical order. I have nothing planned after the thrill of that wears off. You have a good weekend too, Angelcake. Sorry for the overshare.
